I contacted the florist and he wrote back and promised a $20 credit back to my credit card. I think 17 days is ample time for a credit to post to my card. I don't understand businesses who have no scruples and don't follow through and do not deliver what you order OR send your money back!! read more

I ordered a bouquet of long stem roses for my wife's birthday recently and we were both blown away by how beautiful the flowers turned out! Gary left what was arguably the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I've ever seen and made me look like a champ with my wife.
