From prequalification to loan approval Gary and his team provided exceptional service. Maximized utilition of secure software clearly identifying needed documents/information. Included video tutorials of needed documents along with describing the process to loan approval. Gary and his team were available to assist and help with questions as well as clarify needed information as well as explain various options associated with financing. End result was knowing where we were in process as well as having detailed information in process. Made the loan process very easy, best loan experience we have had. read more
