At first, the seller initially refused to make any repairs at all, and said that I could back out of the closing altogether if this was unacceptable. But Laurie would not allow that to stand. With my approval and her insistence, Laurie managed to convince the seller to pay half of the costs to repair the windows. That saved me several hundreds of dollars! Laurie truly will go above and beyond the call of duty in order to ensure that her customers get the best deal possible, with no hidden surprises!
