I called her on a Saturday, and by Monday, we were viewing that home. I looked at a few homes with her until I found the one I decided to purchase. My home-buying process with Rose was flawless. She had a ton of resources (attorneys, home inspectors, insurance agents) at the ready, so my process was easy and quick. I felt she gave me good advice on what to offer, and the offer was accepted. Selling my Arlington home in the middle of a snowy winter was a concern for me, but Rose made it painless. We had 64 parties come through during the open house weekend and multiple offers right afterwards. Again, she had several resources available to assist me, from a fire alarm company to packers and movers. What a smart decision! Bill knows the neighborhoods of Boston, and can pick up on subtle things about a property that you may not be aware of when looking. That was the only time that we met with her. Thereafter, despite my specifically asking for her, she was never available as we moved through the process of inspection etc through to the closing. Any additional communication with her office was through one of her employees. Olivia was pleasant and helpful. Mary was frankly rude to my wife just prior to the closing. The situation became so ridiculous, with less than optimal response from our broker, that I communicated with the selling broker as the transaction moved to conclusion. He was always readily available and took it upon himself to assist as needed. The purchase was completed recently and we have not had any communication from Campion and Company at the time of or following the closing.
