The wort decision I made was hiring Gary Tapp for my wedding. I hired him for video and photo, he assured me that he will come with his assistance, but the day of the wedding he showed up by himself telling me that his assistant was sick. Unbelievable! So unprofessional! Of course he never apologise or offer a refund. But the worst part wasn't just that, he missed important moments, we couldn't find it the majority of the time so we had to take a lot of pictures with our friends phone. Not ideal! He is not detailed orientated at all, he took pics where appeared chairs or people in the background and he didn't edit them, he also love a filter with the background unfocus, so the amazing sunset or the fireworks look blurry... and then the communication with him over phone or email was very poor, be prepare to receive automatic emails all the time. 0 customer service! read more

Mr. Tapp did the appraisal on our home/farm on a Wednesday. Said he would have it by the end of the week. It is now three weeks later and not only do we not have the appraisal but he refuses to communicate with either us or the bank. We have reached out to him repeatedly and NOTHING! Not a single word from him. Now we have to hire another appraiser and start the process all over again. It truly astonishes me that he is even in business. Gary Tapp was hired by the bank to do the appraisal on the home we were selling. Mr. Tapp was friendly but he was not at all prompt about getting the appraisal turned in on sufficient time. Two weeks had passed and we had heard nothing on the appraisal. I called him and asked him if he was close to being done and he said he would have it done by the end of that business day. Days passed and still nothing, a week passed still nothing. At this point we were 5 days before closing, our realtor called and the people buying our home their realtor called him and were told he would of it done that day. Next day passed still nothing on the appraisal. He finally submitted the appraisal on a Thursday at the very end of the day. The appraisal also came in low and we had to negotiate with the people purchasing our home that Friday (3 days before closing.) Since the appraisal was sent in so late our closing date was moved from the Monday to Thursday. So our closing date was pushed back, thankfully the people who we were buying a home from were generous and allowed us to lease the home for 4 days which costed us additional money we weren't anticipating spending. It also caused the people buying our home to have to lease 4 days, which they were not anticipating spending either. We also had additional charges for the moving truck we rented. It was horrible having to depend on ONE person to get the paperwork submitted in a timely manner and to have his incompetence effect so many people.
