I received an email confirmation for my appointment immediately and a reminder 16 hours in advance of the appointment. We had all windows and glass doors cleaned inside and out, and they look immaculate. Literally, sparkling! The results are flawless. Bryce came bang on time, took as long as he thought he would, charged what we had arranged, brought his own water and cleaning supplies, and he was both thorough and fast. Also, very professional and friendly. We had painters also, and I'm grateful for how patiently he worked around them. I can not recommend this firm enough: My only regret is that I didn't find Brite-Way sooner, especially because I also - icing on the cake! - found the price for their excellent service very, very reasonable.
