I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Christmas and the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like I ordered. I understand that sometimes substitutes are needed, but this was completely unacceptable. When I called the flower shop to express my dislike, I was told "read the fine print". No apologies, no accommodations... essentially I was told my disappointment was not the shop's problem. Very poor service! The owner agreed to make flowers for prom in the color Teal and I was given a white flower with a green bow. Highly upset and the only response I received was "I think it looks good" and then got the phone hung up on me after saying " All you want is money ". Poor customer service. I ordered a basket for my mom who's has been thru a horrible time with multiple surgeries lately, and I was unable to come home and help. I ordered a beautiful basket from this flower shop, paid over 100 dollars. They delivered it a day late, giving the excuse they're too swamped, even though I ordered it 5 days early. They delivered a basket a day late that is not even close to the basket I paid for. The owner finally called me back and talked over me. Was the rudest person I've ever talked to , said he'll go pick up my.moms flowers and then cancel my order because I demanded a refund. I ordered flowers for birthday delivery. They were not delivered as ordered. When I called was I was lied to, and told they delivered them to the person, the delivery driver confirmed. It wasnt true. When I called to ask why, Gary was very grumpy and arrogant. SUPER DISAPPOINTING. I don't care if you have been in business for 50 years...that is not a valid excuse to give someone when their order was not delivered as they had paid for. I called several weeks ago prior to visiting to inquire about purchasing flowers, and was given a price for what I wanted. When I went into the store to purchase the flowers the price was increased by nearly double. While I was in the store, the man was very unhelpful, rude, and acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I order from Gary's all the time and so does the rest of the family. For Mother's Day I ordered an half of dozen purple roses for my Mom. When she got her arrangement the flowers were fuchsia not purple, not even lavender which he said he didn't have anymore. Somebody is colorblind or something. I just want to tell a story about a little business called Gary's Flower Shop located on the eastside of town. I placed an outrageous priced order to be delivered today for an ungodly delivery charge. These flowers need to be there TODAY because they were for a close family friends birthday who is also dying. And I mean he literally has hours. So I place the order then comes time to tell him the order is going to Pleasant Ridge. Then he gets all angry at me telling me that's a 20 minute drive and he will delivery them tomorrow. I proceed to tell him the story and how important it is that they get there today. Doesn't give a single fuck. Mind you he advertises same day delivery. But was too lazy to go and delivers flowers to a dying man on his birthday. I cancelled the order and found a nice woman who does flowers in Girard that was more than happy to deliver them herself so they would be there today. read more

I can't even give this Guy 1 star. I ordered a corsage I told him pink flowers I stopped in showed him a picture to make sure he had the right pink. He told me yes he did but it was a lighter pink I told him I was ok with that. When I picked it up they were peach not pink. He argued with me saying it's not peach it's pink. Not sure how he stays in business if he can't tell pink from peach. He told me the girl will be fine with it! Also he's very rude. Don't waste your money. read more
