Additionally, his pricing is fair and the bid was very clear, inclusive/complete and never changed throughout the process. We decided to go with Jeremy because of these things and could not be happier with the outcome. Every step of the process was outlined and followed. Jeremy was super easy to work with leading up to the project. He was more than willing to help us and work with us based on our needs. This was not "just another job" for them, and it showed. When we submitted a service request, we heard back in minutes. Jeremy is an adamant professional and has a no-nonsense communication style. I liked his attitude so much I was very hopefull and wanted to help him get up and running here in Idaho. I even loaned him money when he needed a new family vehicle. Come to find out that all of the photos he showed me were built by other pool contractors that he simply worked for. I learned a valuable lesson as everything he touched was done wrong. Horribly wrong. I have since spoken with other people that hired Jake to work on their pools and it was one horror story after another.
