I initially went here for tyres and found out the do other stuff too so I thought I'd give them a try. Sujit and his team are excellent. They have great knowledge and my car hasn't had any issues since I started taking it here for regular servicing. If you need something done to your car, they'll tell you. If you don't then they won't make something up just to get more money out of you. They actually value customers and treat them with respect and courtesy. As an example, I picked up my car from its service just before writing this review and I expected it to need new brakes. Sujit told me my current brakes still have 60% of the pads remaining and a lot of life left in them. Other mechanics around would tell you that you need new ones. Mechanics are like dentists - if you find a good one, keep them! They're invaluable and will save you money in the long run. I recommend these guys for all your car's mechanical needs.

They keep my car in top condition. They let me know if something needs to be done immediately, or whether it can wait until next service. They provide quotes prior to doing any work, and those quotes have always been accurate. Their prices are competitive, and far less than BMW. That very week I was at a dinner party where I heard from a friend they had scratched her Corolla and they had to repair it for free. Worse, the old guy there is argumentative and just plain rude. Anyway, I had my pink slip done here recently and discovered that scheduled services on my European car are MUCH cheaper here than at VW. I'm talking 100s of dollars less. The "guy" (manager? Owner?) impressed me too. Just had my 100,000 service and I'm still happy. Darrin has had loads of experience with Euro cars and for example offered me the info that if we opt to replace my water pump before it breaks (which they do in this model Jetta at around 120 000 due to a plastic part which is brass in the replacement!), I will save a heap because the timing chain is due to be replaced at 120 000 and it allows easy access to the water pump, instead of a BIG service charge twice- once when the timing chain is scheduled to be replaced, and again when the plastic impeller fails! I reckon that kind of communication and useful info is worth so much. I will keep this updated if my impressions change but so far I really like this business! Also, they do while-you-wait pink slips!
