I have only used this gas station in the evenings and the attendant has always been an Asian woman with the biggest smile in the world. She truly has a beautiful soul and is as cheerful as can be and that's why I decided to write this review. She makes her customers feel very welcome. It's unfortunate that the daytime attendant is a rude dick (judged by the other reviews). If you need to use this gas station (their prices are on the lower end) I would suggest going at night and your experience will be a pleasant one. read more

I saw the sign that reads $3.69 pulled in, got out of my car to confirm that the price was indeed $3.69 a gallon....I asked the "man" in the glass booth if that was the correct price....I repeated the $3.69 price from the sign. He was annoyed that I actually spoke to him. He was watching something on his laptop and seemed irritated that i interrupted him. He nastily replied that it was indeed $3.69. Told him I would like to fill up My car and I put $100 in the tray....he pulled the tray inside and picked up my $100 and Rhee it back down towards me...into the tray....he very rudely said he didn't have change....I said no problem....I'll run to the bank across the parking lot. I do...got get $20's and come back. Give the man my $80 and he snatches the money...I head over to the pump....price on pump remains $5.69....walk back towards booth and explain to man that the price on the pump still reads $5.69....he tells me to go back to my car, remove the gas pump handle, put it back in the pump and then try again....I do and it still reads $5.69 head on over to booth man and explain it still reads $5.69.....he calls me a stupid bitch, said take your fucking money back and go somewhere else...he then said...this is El Cajon Bitch, what the fuck did you expect. Worst customer service ive ever had! The gentleman working behind the counter obviously was having a bad day because his mood and attitude were so hostile, I almost felt threatened! Then I kept seeing him looking at my shirt which said Efrin he rolled his eyes and made a disgusting face. Ask him How's your day going, You OK buddy? Simply trying to be nice! His response with three words spoken and what I believe was Chinese? He then got up and left the register to go into the back closet and close the door. I stopped in to get gas this evening. The guy working was looking down and ignored me for 10 to 15 seconds. He looked up and I said what I wanted he flung the door open to put the cash in. When I went to put it in he pulled it back in and all my money fell on the ground. When he took the money out of the tray it was a $20 bill and a $10 bill and he use a pen to check it like it was counterfeit. I told him I needed a receipt. Let me be crystal clear about this - your gas pumps provide more customer service than your attendant who ranks as having the worst ever attitude and overall demeanor. The Asian guy that works here has a terrible attitude. He is rude! When I walked up to the kiosk he was on his tablet. He never looked up until he was done with whatever he was doing on it.
