Gas Inc has been horrible to work with. They continue to keep an old tank from our previous house that we sold in 2017 on our account. Every time we order more gas, we have to have hour long calls about this not being our tank anymore. Because they continue not to remove after they say they do, it inhibits us from being able to order online and requires us to call in which is a joke because you can never get anyone to answer. By the time we are able to even order (usually two weeks+ later) we then get charged a $150 leak check fee because it's then fallen below 20%. No thanks! This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are never on time, can't tell when they will be there, and lose checks when you pay the bill. Last March they finally came to fill up my tank and came on a rainy day when I specifically asked them not to. The driver was rude and tore up my yard and then had the audacity to tell me that he was going to charge us the towing fee if his truck got stuck. The manager at the Conyers location apologized for this employee and gave me a discount due to the fact that they tore up my yard. Last week I ordered gas and they came to fill the tank. The employee was very nice and all was well until I received an email from Superior Gas that they were charging me $280.00 for tank rental because I did not order gas within a year. I order gas when I need it. My tank rental was $80.00 a year. I called and told them I was not going to pay something so ridiculous and that no one has ever told me that. They would not correct the problem and insisted that they were going to charge me the extra $200 a year for tank rental. I am changing companies and good riddance to this terrible company. read more

Every year it is the same story Even though I have asked for an automatic payment. I get a bill and call the "Other way to pay" number. At which point I am usually transferred to an office that covers my zip code. I then leave a message and no one call me back. I have made many attempts to pay, the once a year bill online with no success. I believe this is an attempt to charge me for late fees. Most people don't have physical checks but I'm sure they would loose them. read more

I ordered new service on the 12th of the month. Still have not received gas. They were notified on the 15th that no one had come put on the 15th. Still no gas. I have now gone 5 days without gas. I have no heat nor can I make myself a meal on the stove. If this is how they treat new customers, GOD HELP US ALL!! This IS ELDER ABUSE! I'm 70 years old with no heat nor gas for cooking. I placed an order on 1/8/25 and received email confirmation that the order was received and to expect an email with delivery information within 24-48 hours. It is now 1/20/25 and I have yet to receive it. I called a week later and was informed by staff that they are 10 days out. No one could give me an expected date. Even the manager was rude and kept repeating we are 10 days out. I called again this morning, 1/20/25, and was told we are 10 days out. I asked to speak to someone other than the manager of that location and the person answering the phones couldn't connect me with anyone. I understand to not expect next day delivery but the lack of customer service and what seemed like a refusal to help me is unacceptable. My tank was at 30% when I ordered a refill, now it is at 9% and we are expecting snow tomorrow along with several days of freezing temperatures. I feel like I ordered in a timely manner, based on the amount of gas my tank showed, my point being I did not wait until it was almost empty. I have lived in the same house for 32 years and we have always heated with propane and I have NEVER had an issue when ordering propane. I did not choose this company, the local company I used was bought by them, but you better believe I will be choosing a new one! If I could rate them a zero I absolutely would. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ive experienced very poor customer service, extraordinarily long waits for service calls and tank refills, double bills for tank rental and then threatening invoices when the duplicate mills weren't paid, fees for tank removal, higher per-gallon rates, pressure check fees, "restocking" fees for any gas left in the tank when returned (propane that they'll turn around and sell again) and refusal to offer a credit on propane that was proven to have leaked from their tank. They'll take ALL of your money and won't even bat an eye. Trust me. I never leave reviews but don't want this to happen to anyone else. read more
