The fish was a large filet with a lightly crusted exterior but unfortunately a tad dry. The hollandaise was delicate but not quite enough for the portion. I also found a small bit of eggshell in it. The waiter reacted to these tiny flaws gracefully and presented me with a complimentary dessert- Herrencreme (a boozy vanilla crème dish). Absolutely delicious. It is on the pricy side but white asparagus and salmon are expensive ingredients. The meal and dessert took less than an hour and I didn't feel rushed. A tribute to a well organized team.
