I learned my lesson in Munich when I rented a car, and didnt leave enough time to get petrol. I…read moredidnt wait this time. I knew there was both a Repsol and Galp right near the rental agency. So I got in here just in time to fill up. My Spanish is pretty bad but I was able to get enough of a dialog going for him to use my American credit card and to get the tank topped off. I dont remember an attendant back in the states ever being this helpful. Kudos to them for good customer service. Sure saved me some euro penalties for refuel!

Wide selection of knives (?) in a small convenience store. Thought it was a knives making region but haven't found any proof :) I can't imagine how this review can be helpful as you just stop when you want to stop during a long road trip. But anyway :)
