This company has lost my cash payment once and even using a credit card misplaced my order. If you change companies, the tank will stay in your yard or wherever the new company places it for a very long time. I wouldn't give them a one if I didn't have to. Gasper river is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They have left us with zero gas FOUR times this season and refuse to bring us a bigger tank. 100% agree with previous review. They don't deserve one star. Pre bought gas this year, had to practically beg them to bring it. Ordered the rest of my pre buy on Monday along with more gas. The woman said they,d get right to it. Now Thursday, still no gas, no answer at office for the days of recording. Don't know how they're on business with customer service like this. read more

I would go less than 1 star if I could. We were there customer for over 10 years. Last winter they almost let us run out of gas twice even though we had prebought all our gas in July. Told us to prepare to run out. Then if they brought gas we would be limited to so much and couldn't get any more for 30 days. BUT and here is the kicker! If we were willing to pay that days prices they would come and fill our tank. I am no lawyer butsomething smells fishy with that. Well I had enough. told them to come get their tank. It still had 30% gas in it. I get a bill for $250 some kind of tank pick up fee. well yesterday I get another bill for $422. no itemizing no nothing. I call and they say it was a non use fee. Well if they couldn't use the gas pour it out. it wasn't their gas I bought it and now they are chargingus for the same gas again! STAY AWAY FROM GASPER RIVER! read more

Ok we waited on our tank for over one year. They delivered our tank last Friday and said it has a leaky valve and we're going to order a new one. They only filled to 40 percent and can't drain the tank before they fix it. So we could have to run out in the really cold days to get it filled. Against my better judgement as a new customer have paid $260 up front for my tank and fill up. Ok Gasper I want you to know that after almost freezing the last few years and hauling tiny tanks to town and several years before that hauling wood in until my fingers bleed that I am up to my ears with the BS and I want a warm winter if things get shady I will load your tank and bring it back myself. I am FED UP with all the games from the start. So please start today being a reputable business and don't play no bull with this old girl because I have had it with getting screwed!
