The venison stew was remarkable. The meat was incredibly flavorful and tender. The presentation was nothing I'd seen before with a stew and I found that interesting. I enjoy trying different things and this was quite special. The flavor combinations in this dish were wonderful and memorable. The soup was also quite nice and the venison appetizer was a treat.
