Walking in brings you back to visiting grandma's, the place even smelled like my grandmothers…read morehouse! They have a nice fireplace and have spent quite a bit of time decorating the interior. The menu is huge and very meat heavy (this is Germany after all!). The chef spends a huge amount of time on presentation, so all the plates come out beautiful. The staff wasn't phased by our group of 10 that had special requests and the waitress was friendly and spoke great English. The beer on tap is from the brewery in the village. They even have a bowling alley attached if you are looking for a way to spend your evening. Just be careful, they don't take credit cards.
