I've been here twice. Very good both times. I ate burgers and I must say they were outstanding. Everything is perfect...the outdoor eating area is comfortable and scenic. The people are friendly and the price is right. If you are thinking about going to Gartenrast to eat...just go. read more

Small but friendly. Manage to get served without reservation in high ski season for dinner. Food is tasty, deserts excelent but pricy.

This is such a gem. We thought we were out of luck because most "restaurants" were closed but…read morethank goodness the place we planned to go was closed and we ended up here! The food was delicious, the ambience was so cozy and quaint, and the service was wonderful! I would have the prosciutto salad everyday if I could!

Top Restaurant, schönes Ambiente, tolle Speisekarte mit vorwiegend Hühnergrichten (vom Klassiker Backhendl über Hendl-Wok und Hendl-Burger bis hin zum Hendl-Cordon Bleu in verschiedenen Füllungs-Varianten. Nicht zu unterschätzen auch das Steak vom Dry Aged Beef aus dem Kamptal. Der Wirt bietet im Übrigen eine atemberaubende Bierkarte mit über 100 nationalen und internationalen Bieren. Aber auch Weinfreunde kommen auf ihre Kosten. Gratulation dem Gartenrast-Team - wir kommen immer wieder gerne!!! read more

Eines der besten Restaurants seit langem. Super Bedienung. Fantastische Bierauswahl mit wechselnden Tagesangeboten und ein perfektes Brathendl. Wir waren während unseres Urlaubs gleich zwei mal dort und wurden bestens bewirtet. Weiter so und absolute Empfehlung. read more
