We had been here many times before and the food and service used to be awesome. We came back today…read more(July 19, 2020) and I have no idea how they messed everything up so bad. The place was not very busy and I saw a good amount of waitresses working. Yet it took 20 minutes to get menus and another 30 to get our drinks. Eventually our food came. Two of the drinks had spider webs over the glasses, the zweibel steak came out very cold and had a spider in the sauce, and the crispy pork was so dry that I literally choked on it. It also had no flavor at all. When the staff was informed about the webs and spider in the sauce, they said it must have just happened. Also felt a bit blown off when I addressed the dry and flavorless pork. They did offer to fix it or bring me something else but the experiance was already horrible and lost my appetite. Additionally, they ran out of out of the daily special by 2pm. It seemed everyone else in the restaurant was promptly taken care of and served while we were completely ignored and served some of the worst German food I have had in a long time. Not sure if they have some new management or chef but this was a complete letdown
