We decided to try this place out since my husband said he enjoyed it on his last trip to OG. They roll out a huge menu for each table to read off of. Our waiter (dark hair, man bun/ponytail) seemed a bit annoyed when we asked a few questions about some of the dishes. We ordered carpaccio and crostata with prosciutto. We attempted to order a pizza for appetizer but he told us "I am bringing you pizza bread...". Okay then. So the crostata appetizer comes out for all of us and no carpaccio. We waited for wine and drinks - glasses sat empty. Finally he comes back and we asked again for carpaccio, he clearly forgot. My husband asked about ordering a bottle of wine, and our waiter handed him a wine menu and left, only to return 15 min later to finally get our wine order. I ordered the ravioli with truffles and when I asked for Parmesan-- you would have thought I asked for ketchup or something! He scolded me and said adding Parmesan is unnecessary since I have truffles on top. The ironic part is our carpaccio appetizer finally arrives to the table and what do you know? There is Parmesan AND truffles on it! We also asked for a pizza to go when we were done eating so we could take it for later. We never received the pizza. Waiter was clearly too busy with other tables to take care of us and we had to get up to leave to finally get his attention for the check. My husband said how disappointing this trip was and how we had to wait too long for anything. He literally told my husband "next time, no worries, I'll just say we don't have any tables for you."
