The food is amazing here! It's really fresh, delicious vegan food in the most beautiful garden…read morebehind a charming cottage that contains the kitchen, as well as a small assortment of fruit liquors and wines for sale (plus some other things - honey, syrups, etc.). I love their emphasis on environmentally sound practices and I can't stress enough how good the food is!
None of three of us who went are vegans (I'm pescatarian and the other two also eat meat), but we loved the food and all agreed we would definitely want to go back on our next trip to the Ostsee. I messed the euro to dollar conversion and only realized when we were back on the Autobahn that I hadn't tipped - so embarrassing! I'll have to remember to make up for it the next time I go. The food is very reasonably priced and exceptionally high quality, plus the cook and her husband are a really friendly couple. I'd strongly recommend checking this restaurant out!
