I went into Gate House galleries in Wykoff to ask for help sizing down two art posters to put into a frame I brought with me. They recommended cutting the poster and backing it on a foam board. They did not check my frame. When I got home to place the posters in the frame, they did not fit. The poster with foam board was now too thick to fit in the frame. When I went back to the store to show them the result, I expected some sort of price relief, because they had not inspected the frame. Instead, I got nothing ion the way of satisfaction or apology.
