They were able to come out to my residence two days earlier than scheduled which I was very pleased with. I needed a complete reinstall of a toilet that another business installed but did not properly secure. Jacob with Evans did the reinstall and was outstanding. He noticed some areas of concern that were leaking and explained what he was going to do to fix it. He replaced to old flange that wasn't even secured to the flooring and sealed everything up beautifully. Jacob was very professional and personable. I also felt the cost of the job was very fair. I will definitely recommend Evans to others and call them for future plumbing and heating jobs.

He then removed 20 of the items leaving the heaviest item. He said he needed an additional person to lift that item so I added additional funds available. I went to the location and personally put the organ on dollies so he could move it. By myself. It has now been three weeks and has not come back. His phone goes to voice mail (not set up) and has not returned his emails. Ty is a nice guy but I guess I should not helped him in the beginning.
