The pain got worst over a one year period. I have cement floors in half my house. Chris advice was to never walk bare-footed from the moment of waking up to the time I went to bed. Well after following his advice the pain slowly ebbed over a six month period and I am now totally pain free and the only cost was a pair of in house slippers with good support. I'd give Chris 5 stars and recommend him to everyone.

My regular chiropractor was scheduled a month out, so I called Dr. Reese and he was able to get me in the next day. On the phone I asked how much it would cost and he told me $500 for ten visits. So you can imagine my surprise after the first visit when he told me the bill was going to be $625. I should have stopped then, but still in pain, I paid and hoped for the best. I went to a total of four visits and his care didn't offer me any relief from my pain and tight back/hips. He's a nice guy, he used a lot of machines and gadgets on me, but he did not manually adjust me in the way that my other chiropractor can do that offers me relief. I emailed to ask if I could get a refund on the remaining visits, explaining that all bodies are different and I didn't feel like he was the right provider for me with the methods he uses. He said no refunds and also stated the incorrect number of visits remaining (too few!). Note: I don't have a copy of the signed paperwork or remember what it says, so I don't know what I'm actually on the hook for. I suggest that Dr. Reese provide the patient with a copy of the paperwork they can read before the visit or take home with them. Also, it took over a month and another reminder email for him to get back to me. I responded saying that I was very unhappy and that every body is different and my body didn't respond well to his treatment, and he emailed back with "That is part of having gone to a qualified science base medical school. I have seen hundreds of patientents over the years and I know how long and how many visits certain conditions will take to heal properly. I am sorry you disagree with my plan." I do disagree, I have found better care through other providers and my own self treatment. I am frustrated with Dr. Reese, and I let him know that, and I feel like he didn't consider anything about my personal care or try to make it right. He has my money no and I feel like he has no need to make things better. I hate leaving a bad review, but this was my experience and I'm out a lot of money, so I share in hopes that it doesn't have to be this way for other people.

Easy to get to and on the second floor. Elevator and stairs available immediate to Dr. Reese's Office. My experience: Dr. Reese blew me away on my first visit. He was able to pin point problematic areas without much information given other than "my whole left side". I've had only 6 appointments and am flexible enough to keep a good posture when working out. After years of attempting to do it on my own without much success, Dr Reese was able to help realign my whole left side within weeks. My stability has significantly increased and my lower body strength is performing as it did in my mid to late 20's (I'm 31, felt like I was 38). My posture has also been poor for years due to a back 'hunch' and forward shoulders. Dr Reese was also able to open up and release tension built up. I'm now able to walk and breath well without feeling winded or in pain. Although I know slow and steady wins the race, I am anxious and now looking forward to my journey to regain my health and cannot thank Dr Reese enough and credit him for the progress this far. She is gentle & confident & the office atmosphere is calm (even with those cute puppy dogs). My stiff neck was always relieved after my visit, which after being a skeptic previously, made me a confident believer in chiropractic services (at least with Anne!). She also worked a miracle on my hips when I had siatic pain during my pregnancy. I was barely able to walk, but after my adjustment the constant pain went away and never returned. Reasonably priced too. $80 for the first visit and $35 each visit after that. Only down side is that he does not have an XRay at his office so we would have had to go to the hospital to get XRays taken. Dr. Cox said it would cost about $400. A little too pricy when I'm paying out of pocket. Regardless, I feel great now.

My visits to Dr. Cox started because of a very painful bicycle knee injury; I had been assigned to traditional physical therapy which actually seemed to make it worse. In desperation and upon a recommendation (I had always distrusted chiropractors), I tried Dr. Cox. What a blessing! After only a few treatments, the painful knee was completely set right, I could not believe it. Then I asked him to tackle my chronic back pain. Over a few sessions, I saw a 60% improvement; I then I took up Pilates regularly (with Cindy Gabriel at activelifepilates.com) and the combined effect was such that I now live mostly pain free which is amazing in itself. The best part is that I only go see Dr. Cox when I overstress my back, which happened recently because I lugged a much too heavy bag on my shoulder all the way across the airport). Adjusting table, some worn with holes, are spread out in the middle of a large room. No privacy or partitions, we don't want to share our private healthcare with random strangers. The carpet throughout the facility has large wrinkles, a major tripping issue. This is just not a good fit for us, and The Hard Sell is not hoe we do our business!
