Only medicaid. Their website (where they are also asking for donations from the community). makes it appear like they are doing wonderful things and servicing the entire community. They are not. They are only servicing the 18% that get medicaid. All in all it really just comes off as a fraud.

She said she would be willing to take me on as a client so we set up our first appointment. The day of that appointment she called saying that she had left a message on my other phone yesterday and was calling to reschedule. First red flag: I do not have another phone. When I informed her of this she curtly said she would update her file. Perhaps it was just poor record keeping, bu then I got the second red flag. We rescheduled and she didn't show up. I was told she was supposed to call me to cancel and that I wasn't the only one they had to scramble to help due to her lack of professionalism. I was sent to a new therapist. We had a couple of appointments. It seemed as though the information on the intake with the first therapist which was supposed to determine which therapist would be best for me was not used. Don't get me wrong, this therapist seemed kind and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help. We set up a third appointment which she called to cancel a couple of hours before due to a sick child. I can understand that. No problem. She said she would call back in a couple of days to reschedule. It has been eleven days. This has been nothing but frustration. There seems to be a lack of professionalism here. If I were in that place I was 10 years ago having suicidal ideations this may have pushed me over the edge. I am concerned about others who may be in that place now.
