He set us up, made sure we were comfortable and off we went. The self guided tour was easy to follow along with. You just download an app (Ryan explains everything ahead of time) and it guides you via voice directions. Along the tour you can stop at key points and watch videos to learn about the stops. My only issue was that the lady who checked us in basically fat shamed. She kept asking for weight, and implying that if i didn't get on the banana boat i wouldn't be able to get to the other boat. I'm a thick girl but I'm not fat. I'm a very active girl so i was very confused. I wasn't the only one who felt this way. There was another family who went with us and the mom was a bigger lady. The lady who checked us in kept asking loudly in a rude way what her weight was. I'm pretty sure no woman wants to tell her weight in front of people. I just felt it was a better way to ask these questions since we had already answered them on the wavier we had to sign. Going forward i think it's best to make sure you review the waiver that everyone signs. If we would have listened to the check in lady we wouldn't have went because she made it as if we were too fat to go.
