They sent out the same electrician twice who said he could not fix the problem, then I never heard from them again until I told them I was leaving. I refused to pay rent for the last month because I could not use one of the bedrooms for more than half of my lease, and took video of the condition of the home prior to my vacating it. They STOLE my security deposit and sent me a bill for almost $3000 stating I left the property dirty and damaged. Absolutely disgusting business practices, if you have any sense of self-preservation you'll stay away from crooked Joe.

There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school.
