They helped with updating my resume, brought me several options for potential jobs and kept me focused on my goals in choosing my new employer. I was given complete details for interviews, fast responses for the offer, and they made the final testing and orientation process very easy to follow. I highly recommend them to future employees and employers.

One of their required questions, which you have to answer to work with them, is 'what is the least amount of pay you can live on'. This breaches many ethical standards. I have used staffing agencies since I graduated college twenty one years ago, in between jobs, and in Boston, NYC, CT. Asking what 'salary or hourly wage range are you looking for?' is common and expected, and answering specifically is not a requirement. If Leddy Group is looking for professionals to work with and for them, they need to be respectful professionals themselves. And realize candidates are their clients as well, and should be treated with exemplary respect , as they earn their income through their work and would not have a company without them. Asking them what their poverty line is is not respectful, stinks of a company looking to not pay candidates their worth and who doesn't respect others.
