I was one of their first customers back in 2020 and left a great review for them on facebook. Once the business expanded their work started becoming sloppy and reckless. In January of this year my yard was left in an unacceptable condition - granted, upon my complaint the yard was "fixed" and I did not have to pay, but from that point on their service got worse and worse and my yard started looking like they barely mowed it and my patio was constantly left dirty! On 22 April 2022 my family and I witnessed the employees just recklessly operating the weed eater in my back yard. Gravel debris splashed loudly against my house left to right. My door was chipped, as well as my window. However, since my window was "just chipped" and not spider webbing I decided to save Gator Ground Works the money to replace my window. On 26 May 2022 they came out again to do to my yard - which was the last straw. Once again my yard looked barely touched and my patio was a mess! Upon complaining AGAIN we decided to end business. Brandon Burnham apparently doesnt care that they decided as of 2022 to do a sloppy job. But to top it off..... Upon cleaning the same window of the first incident on 22 April, I realized on 3 June 2022 that that same exact window had a NEW CRACK that is actually spider webbing. Upon reaching out to Brandon Burnham he had the nerve to refer me to my own homeowner insurance! He said I declined having my window replaced once the incident on 22 April 2022 occurred. He was obviously playing dumb and ignorant because he knew he came out on 26 May 2022 and I was addressing exactly this incident! Besides the little chip that occurred on 22 April my window was fine until he cut my grass again on 26 May. My back camera even recorded him on 26 May 2022 right by my damaged window!
