We didn't have to wait long for a table outside and service was very fast! Onto the food! We ordered as a group and split everything. The Saint-Ambroise Benedict was amazing! No meat but it didn't need it. The beer cheese on top was so creamy and delicious! Bobby does Dallas was everything you could want in a savory breakfast. Steak, eggs, bbq sauce, cheese mushrooms and onions. Together it was one of our favorites of the day! We also got the peaches and cream pancakes and they were fluffy and the perfect sweet bite at the end of the meal. I will mention that they also have some awesome looking smoothies but I wanted to save all my room for the food so I didn't end up ordering one. But I was sure tempted! The staff are super friendly and are always happy to walk you through their drink and food menu. There's a large variety of tea to choose from and they specialize in homemade lemonades that are similar to kombucha. They've instructed me that the lemonades are fermented with different ingredients to create great natural flavours, such as rose, lavender, hibiscus, elderflower and lemon verbena. The fermentation makes them healthy and rich in probiotics. You can't find these lemonades anywhere else than here. My personal favorite is the lavender flavoured lemonade and I get it with their smoked salmon croissant or croissant perdu.
