There's a large variety of tea to choose from and they specialize in homemade lemonades that are similar to kombucha. They've instructed me that the lemonades are fermented with different ingredients to create great natural flavours, such as rose, lavender, hibiscus, elderflower and lemon verbena. The fermentation makes them healthy and rich in probiotics. You can't find these lemonades anywhere else than here. My personal favorite is the lavender flavoured lemonade and I get it with their smoked salmon croissant or croissant perdu.
