This is the most misleading customer service! We were in Italy and returning from our vacation. We…read morestopped into Victoria Secret at the Milan Linate airport and purchased some Pj's but before we did, we asked specifically about returns and were told absolutely, no problem. Back in the states for a little over a week and they do not fit. Returns are not an option in the US which we were not told. Also shipping them for return also is not an option. Customer service chat line has indicated. Airport purchases are not returnable. After spending 98 Euros at this store, and the misinformation and loss of return capability, I will never shop at another Victoria Secret inside or outside the USA.
