Came out next day. looked damage over and wrote up a solid estimate for repairs. His crew was top notch, worked steady without wasting time, Mike explained the advantage of buying higher quality shingles compared to store shelf stock. Completed complete roof in 2 work days once shingles and parts arrived. Communicated with our insurance co directly, really remained closely involved the entire time and gave me advice on how to obtain full use of our purchased home insurance policy. Now I know that was just a "nice guy ploy". I noticed some unfinished roofing after this guy had been paid, called him, and he was very disgruntled on the phone, not the Mr. Nice guy he presented himself as, however, he said he would be back to finish the job BUT It's been a month and still now-show so will have to finish it myself. This guy is not a respectable business man. I should have asked my insurance agent if he was a preferred provider first. Too late now, guess I'll know better if there's another hailstorm who NOT to choose.
