The guy says he can only help me if I am wearing a mask. I fail to see how my wearing a mask will improve his IQ. Let me tell you that in the fire department, if I had worn any kind of respirator while having a beard, it would have been grounds for immediate dismissal. Any fire fighter knows that wearing any mask with a beard is like wearing no mask at all. GCI knows as much about respiratory science as they know about cable television, apparently.
