Very poor experience with this company. Purchased a deep fryer that did not work correctly (thermostat did not shut of so the oil keeps heating). Called the very next day after picking it up and discovering the issue and they tried to send me through warranty services. After complaining, they agreed to order me a new fryer to replace the one I received. Unfortunately, it is three months later and I still have not received the replacement fryer (they had to order one). Save yourself the trouble and go to Crown Restaurant Supplies. Better service and better selection. read more
