I enjoy the drive to Chardon. I go up every year to pay the property taxes. I like to get the Bill stamped, Paid. The Treasurer's office is small. During Covid only two customers are allowed in at a time. The place is never crowded since a lot of people mail in their Bill payments. Geauga County offices are located across the street from the Courthouse. Free parking. read more

When I went to this particular auction. I was just there to observe. The sheriff and staff were super friendly and after the auction, they explained everything I need to know about land auctions.
