They have a huge parking lot and plenty of space to park. It's a massive location and there are tons of aisles. The moment I walked in there was a guy waiting to answer questions and he directed me to an information desk few isles away to find what I was looking for. The moment I arrived at this desk a guy walked along with me and help me find what I needed and explained the various options before leaving me alone to decide what I wanted. The cash out was also quick and polite. I must admit service like this is rare in such places in Germany specially on a Saturday ;-)) very pleased that I went here and not know where to find things, great to have help. It's of course German only but quite easy to understand fortunately :-) I would definitely come here again. Good selection, good prices and great service.

Having said that, we were kind of left alone cause there was no service staff around to help us. I actually overheard a conversation between an employee and a customer that he (the employee) had to take care of something in the back of the store and that his coworker would be helping him. Well, I could locate anyone. Thus far for service in in this store.
