Now another 10 days have gone by and no wire sent yet. when escalated 4 times, we are just being told that she can not communicate with processing dept and can only escalate again and still has no information. still to date- no wire, no payment, no explanation. like talking to a brick wall.

Through MIB's website, I requested a copy of my file, because I planned to apply for life insurance, and I wanted to know what the life insurance company would find out about me! Within days, MIB mailed me a letter to inform me that they conducted a thorough search of their consumer database and that they did NOT have a consumer file about me.
