The previous owners had service records to give me and the owner ran out to the car for the exact mileage. Its been 18 months and we are looking to trade it in, however the odometer listed is 35,000 more than is on the car. It was their mistake and they won't pay for the new title ($72), I need to provide 2 years of service record copies and wait 4-6 weeks for a new title. This makes trading in the car very challenging. THEIR MISTAKE is costing me time and money.

There are a few bad reviews on here, but if you read them and are smart enough to read between the lines, the incompetence isn't with the notary, it's the people getting the titles transferred. I'm pretty sure none of them are lawyers. And they certainly aren't notary trained people. I highly recommend John Yurconic agency for all title transfers. In fact I'll be there later today to transfer a car title.

I finally answered the unknown number and a woman who worked for a State Farm agency was on the line, offering me an auto insurance quote. Either Christine, or one of her agents, I don't know. I have insurance but I told her "good luck," assuming she was going to get me a quote. She then hung up on me. So I dialed back to that number and got the same woman again. She started to talk about an auto quote, then hung up on me a second time. When I dialed back a third time, I got voicemail for Christine Moscaritolo agency, so I left a message. I tried the State Farm 800 number for customer support but was unable to find a human being there. With a little help from a local State Farm agency, I found that the number I had been using was abruptly "not in service." Same number I had already used for three calls, now dead. The local agency helped identify and connect me with another Moscaritolo agent. This was a male agent whose name was "John." I told "John" I wanted to talk to the agent I had started with, the one who hung up on me twice. "John" declined, saying he did not have time to find the agent to whom I had originally spoken. So I told him I would only accept a quote from the original agent who called me. He reiterated that he had no time to go through about 15 agents employed there to find that one. After being hung up on twice, I was only willing to talk about a quote with the original agent. That is a shabby way to treat potential customers, and I wanted her to have a chance to redeem herself. Unless and until I hear from that first agent, I will not accept a quote from State Farm Insurance. For auto, home, life, anything else. A company that treats me poorly before I'm a customer is not one that should expect me ever to become a customer.

I purchased a vehicle and contacted them while signing my deal to add the new vehicle. These hacks assured me the same coverage would apply, essentially doubling our monthly payment. Beyond fair....but wait! Not only was my vehicle never added, but the bogus ID card they sent me to give to the dealer listed a renewal date of April 8. Nothing happens for a month, and then in my PO Box theres suddenly (yesterday) a cancellation notice for coverage on my wife's vehicle. The cancellation date? Yes, April 8th. Fascinating. Throw in that we are temporarily displaced due to losing a house fire, in an epic battle with homeowners insurance to pay the claim. Then these knuckleheads oversimplify the terms and conditions of an agreement apparently nullified at the end of our phone call and cant explain themselves! Dont ever rely on these jokers for anything. They dont even have the basics down.
