After my youngest child recently left for college, I contacted the office to have him removed from my auto insurance. He no longer drives and does not have a vehicle at school. Initially, one agent told me I would need to sign a document stating that I would not allow him to drive my vehicle or I would be liable. When I called back the following day, a different agent told me that was not true, but that they still could not remove him because his permanent address remained my home and there was a possibility he could drive the vehicle. I explained that he does not have a vehicle at school and was not planning to drive my vehicle, yet the office continued to refuse to remove him from my policy. After more than a week and a half of delays, I contacted another agency and had him removed within five minutes. I was also disappointed by Pam's lengthy email stating that she was acting in my best interest by wanting to keep my son on my policy. As a single mother, I expect my insurance agent to take my financial interests and specific circumstances into consideration rather than insisting I maintain coverage I no longer need. The new agency also requested that my records be transferred, but the previous office failed to complete the transfer, requiring me to follow up again to have it done. After more than 12 years as a customer, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer service I experienced. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.

We had a great conversation, and she seemed capable. However, the price was unclear. My business is small with minimal transactions. Nicole initially quoted $2 per transaction, but her minimum charge would be $1,000 even if I didn't have that amount of transactions. I agreed to this. I paid a $1,500 down payment on May 20th and asked Nicole not to send me surprise billing. She promised to send me a proposal, but it was delayed until I demanded that she stop working on my books as I saw no progress. I advised her that I would find another accountant to complete the job. By then, she claimed that 2024 (7 months) was complete and that I needed to pay for the work she did, even though I never signed a contract (it was never sent until after she knew she was being replaced). Nicole has billed me an additional $4,307.50 for 7 months of work that I have no documents to show that she ever did. I have since hired someone else to complete the job, but now I'm being threatened with legal action. I also read Brandi's review and wanted to give Nicole a chance, but I regret not taking the advice above.

We were guaranteed a service and did not receive what we paid for. We feel like we were scammed out of a lot of money and we will be filling a complaint with the IRS due to suspicion of fraud and Neglect.
