Having one of the ladies, sitting at the table when you first walk in ask how I am and what they can do for me is good because they can direct me where I need to go, whether I need to get more help from Beaumont via the Internet, or go to the tellers. Each of the tellers take a genuine interest in doing all they can to go that extra mile in whatever my problems have been and I really do appreciate every one of them!!! Keep up the good work!
