Then the eel handrolls in addition to the salmon hand rolls were also some of the best ones I ate! Very soft salmon fillet that will melt in my mouth! Miso soup was hot and just the right taste! Not too much salt nor not enough salt! I truly hoped to come back around dinner time to experience the rush of everyone trying to squeeze in the restaurant then eat arm-to-arm like in NYC...but that was horrible in NYC for me.
