There are a…read morecouple of these around (another in via Andrea Solari, IIRC), and they share a common theme - precise and intense flavors combined with textures that are all over the place. Try the mint for example (and you should!) - it is rich, sharp, clean, and the minty-est mint that you'll ever have. The torcolato, OTOH, had ice-crystals in it, and there is never an excuse for that. So yeah, go for the flavors, but try before buying, to make sure that the texture is ok (or ok enough. The cioccolato, for example, was everything that gelato should be. YMMV)
