When I returned to the counter with the untouched gelato to explain that I had received the wrong flavor, the woman helping us became loud and argumentative. Rather than simply correcting what appeared to be an obvious mistake, she insisted that I would have to pay again if I wanted the flavor I originally ordered. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if it had been handled politely. Instead, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong, even though I returned the entire untouched gelato. With so many outstanding gelaterias in the area that value their customers, I can't recommend this one based on our experience. We won't be returning.

We had some Amarena Cherry, Chocolate-Mint, Mango and also chestnut flavoured gelato. All four of them were very tasty. Amarena and chocolate-mint are always great, but chestnut isn't that easy to find, so you definitely should try that. The Gelato here is fair priced, the texture perfect. Nice, smooth, creamy. Real quality ice cream. And it shows: it is quite popular and depending on the day there might be a line. Surely we'll be back next year for some more.
