this was my very first time coming to this specific nail salon, and it was a recommendation. All of the staff are really sweet, but my experience was absolutely horrible. The worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done...... The lady that did my feet was amazing personality wise, but I was never offered any options to get like a deluxe package or anything along that line and the dead skin on my heel was not properly taken off so it didn't even feel like I got my feet done.... I specifically asked for gel X Nails, and instead of saying that their staff was not equip to provide that service. They insisted I have acrylic and acrylic only..... I did not feel like my opinion or what I wanted was heard. I had to tell them more than three times that I did not want gel polish on my toenails in which she kept insisting anyway... when I got to my hands, the guy kept scraping my skin with a little machine which hurt and when he started painting my nails, I was trying to ask him to do a specific way and he kept doing the complete opposite way of what I wanted he was on his phone the entire time and went even as far as leaving in the middle of my session to pick up his personal car from the dealership .. when I asked the main lady what time he would be back she kept telling me two minutes and he would be right back. She told me that multiple times until I finally got up and told her I needed to leave... I had already voiced to him that I needed to be out of there by 6PM in which he assured me that he would be able to get me out by then ... we showed up to the shop around 4 PM. I didn't leave until 6:45 PM not to mention I didn't leave because my nails were finished. I left with only 2 of my nails complete..... my original price once all nails were complete was going to be $184. They only completed my feet and my mother-in-law got her feet done which was $37 each and they still charged me $50 for noncompete Nails in total instead of $184 I paid $125 my opinion I should've only paid for the feet because they were the only things that I left with complete not to mention he left me in the middle of a session to go pick up his personal car and I did not have anyone come and step in for him.. in fact, no one even acknowledged the fact that I was sitting there waiting for him to return.... The guy told me I can return the next day to complete my nails but one why would I wanna ever go back not to mention I told him already I had to work the next day so I didn't have time to do my nails the next day. so now I'm left with pain I got charged almost full price for some thing. I will never return to Jenny's Nails again. I had a spa pedicure and gel set done on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday my nails had already chipped! Typically gel manicures should last for weeks! The Manager (Jenny) did my nails and was distracted the whole time: yelling at customers, watching YouTube Videos WHILE doing my nails, handling other customers, etc. I am not surprised my nails came out so horrible. When I attempted to request my money back on Sunday, she yelled at me over the phone and said she would NOT be giving me money back but I could go back to get it redone. Furthermore, we had an appointment, but I still had to wait over an hour. Their facilities are NOT clean and I saw them merely rinse out the spas between pedicures. They also do not protect your hands against the UV Rays with gloves. That's NOT safe. read more
