We needed the inside of our house painted and had been hesitant about taking on with a large project. Trae came to do the walkthrough and was awesome about the whole process. Answered all our questions and was awesome about the whole thing. Day of project Ricardo, Victor and their crew were amazing. They worked hard and were detail oriented. They each ensured that I was happy every step of the process and happily accepted my notes/adjustments. When they departed they ensured the house was clean and every detail addressed. They stayed behind with me to walk through as well. I immediately heard from Ricardo to ensure my satisfaction. I cannot say enough nice things about Atlanta Painting Company and their team. They treated my house as if it were their own and truly valued us as a customer.

Atlanta Painting Company (APC) was hired by our GC to paint our new 6,500 SF $3M primary residence…read more This was literally the worst painting experience of my career and I've developed several billion dollars of residential real estate across the country. APC lacks details and follow-through and lacks the manpower and supervision to complete a quality paint job. They do horrible prep work, which is literally half the battle when it comes to painting. Poor prep work will 100% of the time result in poor paint work. What was originally supposed to be a 30-day paint job turned into a 120-day nightmare where two supervisors were replaced and the third guy couldn't finish the job either so APC pulled offsite and presumably crossed their fingers I would not sue them. APC did such a terrible job on the first round of paint that a new supervisor inspected the work (Alejandro) and was so embarrassed at the quality (or lack thereof) that he brought in a new crew to fix the issues. The second crew was just as bad as the first so they brought in a third crew and a new supervisor (Brent). The third crew did a better job but was unable to resolve dozens of items around the house that literally any other painter could've resolved. I've asked Wes and Chris - the two owners - to complete the job but they refuse. They also are not responding to warranty issues. Our GC builds multimillion dollar homes all over Atlanta and he says APC is by far the worst painter he has ever used. I agree. I don't trust ANY of the 5 star reviews I've read about APC. There's no way 100% of their customers are 100% satisfied with their work. It's terrible quality and they are extremely difficult to work with.

Express Sunrooms was one of the most expensive quotes we received but they seemed like a trustworthy & reputable business. We decided to move forward and hire them for the job. After being told our job would take 2-3 days maximum, it ended up taking 22 days! I caught them using the wrong materials that wasn't agreed on in the original contract. While they did admit this mistake and correct the issue, it makes you wonder if this is common practice for them. The job site was left pretty nasty as times with materials everywhere. There is still metal shavings all over my backyard that nobody has come to clean up yet. At the end of the day, we are happy with the finished product but what an absolute headache it was to get us to this point. I would go with a different company if I had it to do all over again.

I wasn't going to post anything negative but after receiving harrassing emails I was prompted to now let it be all be exposed. I paid over $10,000 for several jobs and not 1 of them was I ever satisfied nor where they ever completed. He stated he was always going to come back an finish it after he started another project. It became clear at the end that he wasn't as professional as he stated. One of the biggest issues is that he likes to do jobs without contracts or invoices so he try's to collect on jobs that I never agreed to in price or work. Do not use this guy he is a scam artist, a trickster, fast talker and a swindler. We end our business relationship with me still paying him the complete amount of our contract amount he stated nothing more was owed but I'm guessing he later changed his mind and starting requesting additional amounts without any agreements. I had to get someone else to finish and fix his work. I will never again use him for anything. I had to take out a warrant for his harassing messages. Definitely stay away from this guy
