Despite the relocation, I still drive over here to get my prescription filled. This pharmacy takes your drug insurance information and enters it into the pharmacy's system. Every time you come, you can either provide your phone number associated with your account or, if you are a regular, the pharmacist will find you in the system without asking a single question. I find that this place often waives the co-pay fee off. I also pay far less than I would at a major pharmacy for my medication. I also like the fact that folks take the time out to show you how things work. In my case, I needed an inhaler for my bronchitis. My pharmacist showed me how to properly use it to provide the correct drug dosage each time. I appreciated it. He will also look at my drug history and confirm changes since my last visit. It's good. The hours of operation aren't like what you'd expect from a major pharmacy. However, they do work nicely for me. It is rare that this place runs out of the drug that you need. When it does, it offers delivery for free. It's a nice touch. I wouldn't change going to this pharmacy unless I move! (134)

If they do not have a medication in stock they offer solution options & let you decide how they can help you :O) I had previously gone to the Shoppers Drug Mart at the same mall location for years & Not Once did anyone greet me by name, or show a smile, or give me the impression that they appreciated me or anyone else as a customer. If they did not have a medication in stock they simply tell you to come back another time, as well, twice I received text-messages informing me that my prescription was ready for pick-up, only to be told that my prescription was not ready or available, also no apology :O( It pays to look for other options of service!
