He ruined 1/4 acre of my land, gave me too many excuses, blamed me for not having what he needed to lay pipe, blamed Home Depot for stock issues and giving him the wrong pipe, seeded a 1/4 acre of land with one bag of seed and no straw laid on top of the soil which caused major wash out during a heavy rain the day after he was done. He showed up with corrugated piping instead of the pvc I paid for and didn't have to right tools, parts or equipment to do the job. I told him I wanted the foundation drain day-lighted and he thought I meant to make it so I got more light in my basement windows. Everything from decorative stone, broken pavers, large rocks, wood trim and plastic trash ended up in the dirt he spread all over my 1/4 area in front of the house. He used a mini excavator and tore up more than he needed to, never regrade and actually cause more of a slope towards our foundation. He broke a branch off our oak tree to get it out of his way without asking if it was okay to do. He laid pipe with low spots, bad connections and pitched wrong. He never did a water flow test before backfilling. I did a water test after he left and found the flow issues. I had to tear the pipe up to fix the pitch and low spots only to discover that where he used corrugate Ts to connect pvc, there were leaks. He also shoved corrugated pipe into the end of a 90° wye connection that was backwards. I basically got nothing I paid for except a he daylighted my foundation drain and I've got pieces of pvc and trash in my yard. Now I'm stuck trying to save my foundation again during a vacation holiday weekend. Stefan should be ashamed of what he did and just stuck to mowing grass.
