This place has a great 50's theme with all the expected American burger-diner menu offerings, the servers are much more attentive and quick to take your order than in most restaurants in this city, and the burger ingredient combos are fun and different. However, the quality of the burger meat itself (and cheeses) is more what I'd expect from the traditional SP burger places of old. The decór, atmosphere, and ingredients on the menu give you false hope that it's going to be more like the new wave of gourmet burgers in town. I think if I were recommending this place, it would be to young 20-somethings looking for a fun place to eat.

The menu contains mostly burgers and diner food as the name of the place suggests. They try to keep it exciting by changing the specialty burgers regularly. They also have an insane shake menu with options that are sort of like a mix between a crazy sundae and a milkshake. The service and inconsistency of the food are what make the place lose stars. It seems like the waitstaff are always nowhere to be found when you need them. Even when the place is fairly empty the food always manages to take forever. Sometimes the burgers are cooked to standard and others totally dried out. Most of the ingredients really seem to be out of premade freezer packs. They just never manage to wow me with their burgers. I think they are trying too hard to be original and creative with an extensive menu rather than sticking to what they are good at.

I was next annoyed that my french fries were served first and were getting cold well before my hamburger arrived which may be the local custom but I never had seen this practice anywhere before. Then when I got the bill I was really surprised to be charged 19 Rs for simple french fries, and pay a total bill that was truly expensive which did not match the value of my dining experience.

The burguer was very good. The lumberjack one is composed by bacon, pickles, cheese, onion and meat. Although it came out in no time to me, it was hot. Furhermore, it doesn't feel heavy like other burguers. I ordered a "duplo" lumberjack (two meats), shared both fries and drink with my girlfriend and and was satisfied. The service was nice. The waiter had the patience to help us through our first experience at the restaurant. He was also kind by asking how everything was. The place plays a loud music, but I think it fits right in. The atmosphere, the decoration and all were all well thought. For the best part, it is very accessible compared to others hamburguer restaurants with same quality. Two "duplo" burguers, one fries and one drink totalled R$72,60. Me and my girlfriend were both very satisfied in the end.
