I received email updates on my order and shipping confirmation. The turnaround time was great! It would be here in time for my daughter to give to her teacher during teacher appreciation week. Well...I received the product and was in shock that it was even sent out. The colors are faded. The printing is off and just wasn't a good job at all. I immediately hopped online to your chat (which states we respond immediately) and had the window open for a hour. No one responded (it was a Friday late afternoon so I could see that). I decided to send an email after the hour because I would more than likely get a response that way (your policy states an answer within 24-48 hrs, again it was the weekend so I figured I would at least hear from you by Tuesday). I have emailed four times within the last 10 days (to both email addresses) and still have not received a response. For it to be this long with no response is totally unprofessional! I liked the North Pole express experience. All the staff were friendly. The train was nicely…read moredecorated. I would have liked a meal option on the train but the hot chocolate and cookie was fine but it was subpar quality. The staff did try though and were friendly. I would recommend playing Christmas music louder or some polar express music while on the train to create a better holiday ambiance. The village of ashley was a cute stop but it could have more there to do. I enjoyed overall experience and it was a fun thing to do during the holiday time.
