Love Genesis! They have taken care of my all of my landscape needs for more than 10 years -- maintenance, landscape design, stone patio redesign, brick walk design, concrete driveway and all of the implementation. Genesis Lawn and Landscape redid some old lighting in our front yard and added some new fixtures in trees, and added to our backyard lighting also. I was pleased with their recommendations of where to place additional lights, as our yard is huge and dark. They were timely in their completion of the work, and at a reasonable price. They also came back out to replace bulbs as needed, and to fix my timer. I would recommend them for outdoor lighting!! read more

Does not deliver the paid for services. We paid extra to not mow our lawn with a riding mower. They used it anyway and we had trenches in our lawn. He also charged for work we did not contract for. read more

I hired Genesis Lawn and Landscape to clean out gutters, rake leaves, mow, and edge my lawn. They cleaned out my gutters with a leaf blower, resulting in dirt and debris blowing all over my patio furniture and deck. There was no clean up of my patio furniture and back deck following. What I came home to, was a muddy mess. I took pictures and submitted them via email to the company requesting an answer to their crews behavior. When I received no response, I reached out to the company myself. I shared my complaint and I was promised a call back. Again, I received no response. I had to reach out to the company again. I was told the owner, who was not at my house during the initial clean up, determined my patio furniture and home are infested with mold based on years of neglect. I purchased this home two weeks ago. There were no reports of mold during the home inspection. I also cleaned the back deck and my patio furniture after I set everything up during the move. I attempted to explain what he was seeing is dirt, if he even went to my house at all, and my furniture and deck did not look like this prior to their crew spraying debris all over. The desk clerk was unprofessional during this phone call. They refuse to come back and clean up, which is in the terms of their contract, and refuse to credit my bill for the clean up I will have to do. I do not, under any circumstances, recommend this business for any lawn care. read more
