I had surgery on January 10.2024 for replacement of silicone implants. Upon removal of the right…read moreimplant the doctor did a biopsy of a bone protrusion which I did not signed consent for this. Both right and left implants were removed and he wanted me to do a CT scan. CT scan showed a implant on my right side but the doctor did not say anything about a implant nor does his OP report does not reflect placed on the right side. Doctor on 1 week follow up stated there was a fluid collection on the right side. I have since consulted with two other surgeons that that stated the there is a implant on the right side. During the procedure it is noted that his surgical assistant was the front desk person at his office and I question if she is certified to be a assistant. I can provide all documentation if needed. In summary hed did a procedure which I did consent for and inserted an implant on the right side that he did not tell me about. Also he left in a large amount of silicone on my right side. Please ladies do your research. Go to Dr Slack in Allen Texas he did the most amazing job!!!!

Beware of these "emergency centers" they will warn you that they…read moreare not an Urgent Care facility which means they are going to charge you an obscene amount of money for basic care because they are in a completely unregulated market and they are solely driven by greed and opportunity. They all refuse to reveal pricing for procedures over the phone so you end up stranded and having to pay their gouged fees. They charged $600 for 4 stitches in a finger and they would have refused us if we couldn't pay it. These places are scum. Wait for an urgent care to open if possible or go to a real hospital where they at the very least will offer you a payment plan.

He does place the "dry" q-tip on an area close to where he is performing the procedure, instead of having the numbing medication on the q-tip. He also places the needle to another area different than the needed area for the patient. Ultimately, leads to extreme distress and pain to the patient. I believe that GOD will address this issue and the establishment he works for ought to as well. I have heard that these issues with this "so called" dentist has happened quite a few times, even on children. Please save yourself or your loved ones from going to him! By looking at some other reviews, it appears that he doesn't like using anesthesia, OUCH!
